Refund policy

The item can be returned within 14 days after receiving, If you find it not as described, except for the slightly difference in color of gemstones. Please note that the color of the photo may differ from the actual due to different computer monitors and other devices, but we try to ensure that the images in our shop accurately reflect the size, shape, and color of the gemstones.

We promise to work with you to solve any problem as we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But if you want to return the order, we will provide you with a refund minus shipping & handling charges within 14 days after the receipt of returned item.

We don't refund in case your order misdelivered by reason the address provided by you is incorrect.

Nanosital Co., Ltd has rights to update or change the shipping and Refund policies without prior notification.

EU / EEA consumers - statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason - this includes simply changing your mind, and reasons such as the colour of a gemstone. This right applies notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this policy (including any requirement that an item be "not as described").

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original standard delivery cost (except any supplementary cost if you chose a delivery option more expensive than our cheapest standard option), within 14 days of being informed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or you supply proof of return. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
