Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU / EEA Consumers)

This Right of Withdrawal applies to consumers resident in the European Union and the European Economic Area. It applies in addition to - and, where applicable, takes precedence over - our Refund Policy, and does not affect your statutory rights.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you - or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you - acquire physical possession of the goods. Where your order is delivered in several parts or items separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or by email).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

You can also electronically complete and submit the withdrawal form on our website.

If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.

You must send the goods back to us at Nanosital Co., Ltd 1249/82-83, Gems Tower 9 Fl., Charoenkrung Rd., Bangrak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
